ONGC(Oil and natural gas corporation ) which has been ranked as the top energy company in India, has invited applications for the 313 vacancies from 22 September 2021. Application fee
candidates who belong to the General/OBC/EWS category need to pay rs.300/- and candidates from SC/ST/PwDB are exempted from the application fee.
Age limit
The maximum age limit for the candidates from the unreserved/EWS category is 30 years for all posts except AEE( Drilling/cementing) and the minimum age limit for AEE (Drilling/cementing) is 28 years.
The maximum age limit for candidates from the OBC category for all posts except AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 33 years and the minimum age limit for AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 31 years.
The maximum age limit for candidates from SC/ST category for all posts except AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 35 years and the minimum age limit for AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 33 years.
The maximum age limit for candidates from the PwDB category for all posts except AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 40 years and the minimum age limit for AEE(Drilling/cementing) is 38 years.
Selection Process
- The eligible candidates should have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering(GATE) 2020
- Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their GATE 2020 scores and called for a personal interview as decided by the management.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be obtained for candidates already working for public sector or has goverment job from the current organization.
- Final list will be prepared on basis of below parameters
