Instructions for candidates to apply Online
Interested candidates need to apply online on the official website.
- New users need to have a valid E-Mail Id. Login ID and Password will be sent to the E-Mail.
- Users need to enter the given ID and Password to fill up the Application
- Applicants need to enter the valid information about the Eligibilty Details, Educational Qualification,Personal Details, and need to upload the relevant documents asked for.
- Candidates need to upload the signature image and the Photograph image.
- After each session, applicants need to save and then proceed to next session.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates is purely based on a computer-based test. The test is conducted in major cities of Uttar Pradesh. The computer test will be held for the duration of 2 hours consisting of two sessions of 100 marks. Section I- will be about Professional Knowledge and session II about -General Knowledge and Basic computer Knowledge(100 MCQ). The test paper will be in Hindi and English only.
Age Limit
The age limit of interested candidates should be 18-40 years.
- The upper age limit can be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL)
- 5 years for SC/ST
- Person with Disability-

Application Fee

Syllabus for the computer test
- 20% marks- for the Questions related to Logical Reasoning (Verbal)/General Awareness and Current Affairs
- 80% marks- for Questions in Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing/Community Health Nursing/Fundamentals of Nursing/Medical Surgical Nursing/Health Education and Communication Skill and Environmental Hygiene/ Basic Anatomy and Physiology/Nutrition/First Aid/ Pediatric Nursing/ Administration and Ward
