HAL recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Design/ Management Trainees (Technical) – B.E./ B.Tech or its equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University in the relevant discipline.
- For Management Trainees (Legal, Finance, HR) – Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute/ University in the relevant discipline.
- Further details regarding category-wise eligibility and percentage of marks are given here.
- Candidates currently in Final year/ Semester can also apply if they have obtained prescribed Aggregate Percentage of Marks up to the last Semester/Year at the time of applying.
- Applicants who have done only Full time/ Regular courses are eligible.
- Those who have completed 5 years Integrated degree in relevant discipline are also eligible.
Age Limit
- Candidate must not be more than 28 years of age as of 02.03.2022 for UR and EWS category.

How to Apply
- Applicants must go to www.hal-india.co.in (Careers Section) for Registration and select the post he/she wants to apply for.
- On submitting eligibility and photograph, a unique Application number is generated. The candidates can now re-login to complete their application.
- Before finally submitting the deatils, an “Edit” option will be avaialable to applicants to change any details already entered.
- An application fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid to “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited – Recruitment Account” in State Bank of India in the prescribed challan format.
- SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Internal applicants are exempt from fee payment.

SelectionProcess
- Eligible applicants must give the All-India based Online Selection Test and Interview.
- The exam is MCQ-based and will be in three parts for a duration of 2.5 hours. The three parts of the exam are General Awareness, English & Reasoning, questions in relevant discipline.
- Once provisionally selected, candidates must also undergo a Pre-employment Medical Examination.

- NOC for Government Employee/Public Sector
- Scanned Copy of the latest Passport Size Colour photograph
- Ex-Servicemen certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate for conversion of Grades/ CGPA to percentage of marks certified by the university/ Institution of the applicant.
Important Instructions/ Information
- Selected candidates must undergo a Service Agreement Bond to server HAL for 5 years. Failing this would result in a penalty of Rs. 5,00,000/-
- Canvassing or fabrication of information will result in immediate termination of candidature.
