The honorary police force from the Union Territory of Ladakh is inviting young and energetic citizens of India for the recruitment process of the post of Constable Executive, Armed/IRP, HG/CD/SDRF. Desired Qualification
5% of maximum marks can be claimed by applicant as incentive for only one of the desired qualifications outlined below.
- Candidates who have experience driving and have valid Driver’s License (Light Motor Vehicle Driving License with (TRANS))
- Candidates having a certificate course in Computer Application (one year course) from an AICTE recognized institute.
- Incentives to NCC (National Cadet Corps) certificate holders:

Mode of Recruitment
- Physical Measurement Test: Height and Chest (Only for males) are measured for candidates as per the criteria mentioned under ‘Physical Standards’ in the above sections. Only applicants who pass the physical measurement test can proceed to the next round.
- Physical endurance test: All candidates that have cleared the previous round can qualify for this test. This test is of 50 marks and divided as long race and short sprint of 25 marks each.
- Long race: This race is divided as 1600 meters for male and 1000 meters for female.
- Disqualification time for applicants is above 7 minutes 31 seconds
- The marks distribution from 17 to the full 25 marks based on completion time can be found here
- Short sprint: This race is of 100 meters.
- Disqualification time for males is above 15.1 seconds and females is above 17.1 seconds.

- Candidates who qualify the long race and participate here.
- Long race: This race is divided as 1600 meters for male and 1000 meters for female.
- Verification of documents: Candidates who complete the physical assessments must submit their original documents and self-attested photocopies for verification.
- Desired qualification test: Applicants who have completed document scrutiny successfully and have mentioned desirable skills (as mentioned under ‘Desired qualification’) qualify for this test. A driving test and written test (for computer application course) will be conducted for eligible candidates.
- Written exam: Candidates successfully qualifying for the previous rounds can sit for this exam. The duration is of 80 minutes and the question paper is in English.
