NHRC recruitment 2021 for 30 vacancies

National Human Rights Commission has invited applications for the 30 posts. Candidates who are eligible can apply to get a secure government job. These job vacancies are on deputation and on a short-term basis. NHRC has released the job notification. Eligibility Criteria

1. Registrar(Law)

Who can Apply?

Candidates interested to apply for the post of Registrar should be – Officers holding the post of a registrar in a supreme court/High court/should be a member in judicial services.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates who are interested in applying for post of registrar must have a degree in law from a recognized university.
• PG in law from a recognized institute.
• Should have research experience in Constitutional law/theory/Human rights jurisprudence.

Pay scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.182200/- to Rs.224100/-

2. Presenting Officer

Who can Apply?

Interested candidates who want to apply for the post of Presenting Officer should be a judicial officer who holds a post of District/Sessions Judge/Special Judge.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.144200/- to Rs.218200/-

3. Director

Who can Apply?

Candidates who are interested to apply for the post of Director needs to be an officer under Central/State/Union Territory/autonomous/research institute.

• Should have a post in a Parent Cadre
• Should have a 5 years of experience in level 12 on regular basis in parent cadre.
• Should have a 5 years of experience in personnel or admin matters.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.123100/- to Rs.215900/-

4. Research Officer

Who can Apply?

Candidates who are interested to apply for the post of Research Officer needs to be an officer under Central/State/Union Territory/autonomous/research institute or in the parent cadre.

Eduactional Qualification

• Master’s degree in Social Science from a recognized university.
• Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Three years of experience in Social Science.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.56100/- to Rs.177500/-

5. Dy. Superintendent of Police

Who can Apply?

Interested candidates need to be an officer under Central/State Government holding a post on a regular basis.

Experience

• Should be an Inspector of Police with 5 years of experience.
• Experience in Investigation of criminal case.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.53100/- to Rs.167800/-

6. Section Officer

Who can Apply?

Candidates who are interested to apply for the post of Section Officer should be an officer under Central/State government holding a post on regular basis.

Eduactional Qualification

Interested candidates must have a degree in Law.

Experience

• Candidate must have 8 years of experience in Pay level-6.
• Should have experience in Administration account matters.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.47600/- to Rs.151100/-

7. Private Secretary

• Candidates interseted in applying for the post of Private Secretary should be an officer under Central Government holding a post on a regular basis.
• Should have 8 years of service as a Stenographer in pay level-6/7.

8. Inspector

• Interested candidates should be an officer under Central/State police forces/Armed forces .
• Should be a Sub-inspector with 5 years of service experience
• 5 years of experience in investigation or intelligence work.

Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs.44900/- to Rs.142400/-

9. Assistant

• Interseted candidates should be an officer on a regular basis under Central Government.
• Should have a 5 years of Experience in pay level-4.

Age Limit

1. The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 58 years for the post of Registrar(Law) and Presenting Officer.
